Already using a SEISSIGER trail camera with SUPERSIM? Keep the manufacturer service running and use its email-forwarding feature to organise pictures in Wildkamera Pro without unnecessarily changing your camera setup.

Before you begin

You need a sending-capable SEISSIGER camera, an active SUPERSIM account and access to Camera Connect in Wildkamera Pro. First confirm that new pictures are reaching the SUPERSIM portal.

SUPERSIM can forward pictures from its portal to an email destination. This is email forwarding, not direct control of the camera from Wildkamera Pro.

1. Add a camera in Wildkamera Pro

Open “Connect camera”, create a SEISSIGER camera entry and give it a recognisable name. Choose an existing location or create a new one.

Wildkamera Pro generates a dedicated receiving address for that camera. Copy it exactly. Optionally set a GPS position to display the camera on your hunting-ground map.

2. Configure SUPERSIM forwarding

Sign in to SUPERSIM, open the relevant camera’s details and find the destination email setting (sometimes labelled “Zielmails”). Enter the receiving address generated by Wildkamera Pro.

Do not change the camera’s SIM, APN or SMTP settings without a specific reason. On SUPERSIM editions, forwarding is normally configured in the manufacturer portal; menu wording can differ.

3. Keep verification messages separate

If the service sends an account activation or verification message to the receiving address, Wildkamera Pro forwards it to the confirmation email set for that camera. This can differ from the email on your Wildkamera Pro account.

Supported picture emails go to the Camera Inbox instead. If confirmation is required, also check the spam folder of your chosen confirmation mailbox.

4. Send one test picture

Trigger a test picture and allow time for the mobile network, portal forwarding and email processing. The image should appear in the Camera Inbox under the correct camera.

Automatic import is controlled separately for each camera. Leave it off for manual selection, or enable it when you want eligible received images added to your collection automatically.

Troubleshooting missing pictures

First check that SUPERSIM received the image. Then verify the destination address and camera mapping in Wildkamera Pro. Delivery delays and mail filtering can also interrupt forwarding.

Photo forwarding does not replace SUPERSIM’s own tools for SIM management, remote camera settings or other manufacturer functions.

Practical tip:

Start with a single test image. Once it appears under the right camera, you can decide whether to enable automatic import.
